This policy explains how the Cubic Studios website at cubicstudios.live handles information. The public site is primarily informational: visitors do not create public accounts, make purchases, or submit contact forms here. Product purchases are completed through third-party marketplaces.

We do not ask public visitors to provide personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

The site includes a restricted administration area for our team. Essential authentication cookies may be used when an authorized administrator signs in. These cookies support account security and are not used for advertising.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as page views, referring sites, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not associate analytics events with a name, account, or stored IP address.

Visitors are distinguished using a request-based hash that cannot be used to track someone across different websites and is discarded after 24 hours. Analytics data is used only to understand and improve the site. More information is available in Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation.

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, and request time. This information is used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and investigate security issues.

Product catalog data and media are stored using Supabase. When catalog information or images are requested, Supabase may receive standard technical request information needed to return that content. Supabase handles that information under its privacy policy.

The fonts used by this site are packaged with and served by the site. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts to load them.

The site links to services including BuiltByBit, Voxel Shop, PixelEast, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X. When you follow those links, you leave this site and each service handles information under its own privacy policy. Purchases, marketplace accounts, payments, and delivery information are handled by the marketplace you choose, not by us through this site.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public site.

Because the public site does not provide visitor accounts or forms, we do not maintain a profile for you to access, correct, or delete. You can block analytics scripts through your browser settings or extensions. If you have shared information with us through another service, such as Discord or a marketplace, contact us there and review that service's privacy controls.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will show the most recent revision.
