These terms govern your use of the Cubic Studios website at cubicstudios.live (the "site") and the content we publish here. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Cubic Studios is a Minecraft creative studio that produces expansion packs, models, textures, configurations, pixel art, and related visual assets. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Cubic Studios.

Our products are sold through third-party marketplaces, including BuiltByBit, Voxel Shop, and PixelEast. Purchases, payments, downloads, delivery, and refunds are handled by the marketplace you use and are subject to that marketplace's terms and the license shown on the relevant product listing. This site is informational and does not process product payments.

Refund, chargeback, account, or delivery issues must be raised with the marketplace where the product was purchased.

Unless otherwise stated, the original content we create, including expansion packs, textures, models, configurations, artwork, logos, written material, and the design of this site, is owned by Cubic Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Buying a product grants you a license to use it under the terms of its marketplace and product listing. Unless that license expressly allows it, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share our files, or claim our work as your own.

Commissioned work is arranged directly with us, usually through our Discord server. The scope, timeline, price, payment schedule, revisions, delivery format, and usage rights are agreed when a commission is booked. Those project-specific terms apply to that work in addition to these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access, bypass security measures, scrape it in a way that harms its availability, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, continuously available, or error-free. Cubic Studios is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cubic Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The site links to third-party marketplaces, community platforms, and social media services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will show the most recent revision.
